The Couple and Family Therapy PhD Program Handbook identifies eight program Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) and maps each to specific Advanced Curriculum components in Version 12.5 of the standards established by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE). The SLOs translate these accreditation requirements into competencies that Antioch assesses through the MFT 8100 Qualifying Examination.

Figure 1 maps each outcome to selected evidence from my clinical practice, research, supervision, teaching, consultation, leadership, social justice work, and relational/systemic innovations. Its purpose is not simply to confirm that the required artifacts are present, but to show how the work demonstrates competence and how these areas of my doctoral formation inform one another.
